Bad attitude in Lot One outlet
Good sale service is very important when the family are shopping in the store. Sales executives personnel understand that children may be noisy and might attempt to mess up the place.
Therefore, it is appropriate for the personnel to approach the customer in the courtesy way by hinting them that someone should look after the children before anything may happen. All parents will know that by heart.
Apparently, this does not happen to The Ongies at all.
The girls were well behaved in the yellow and blue theme electronic store at Lot One. All they did was climbed up to the lazy chair by using their knee power. They know their own limit by not allowing their shoes to step on the chair.
When the salesman saw the girls were on the chair, he did not even attempt to approach The Ongies for assistance when they were looking at the dining table. Instead, he walked past them with his eyes looking ahead with no eye contact at all, mumbling to them while he kept on walking without stopping. He totally treat them invisible in the shop. Psst... they are not even wearing any magic cloak from Harry Potter. How could he not stop and talk to them?
Hubby heard him saying in Chinese: "Go ask them not to wear footwear and step on it." (which this is not true)
Apology, what kind of salesman attitude is that? It is not as if The Ongies really know him, so who is he to talk to in such tone and manner?
Beside, hubby ensure the kids were well behaved because his eyes are always on them.
This is definitely not the type of customer service The Ongies wants, because they felt offended.
Hence, they wrote down the feedback form against the attitude salesman. And it had been past one week going to two since that incident, there are no proper follow up at all!
A total disappointment for such a big company. Do they even treat the feedback seriously? Or they actually threw that form away by not allowing the manager to know about it?
With such a bad experience, do you think The Ongies will patronise again?
Seriousy, no parents or customers will like that kind of attitude reaction.
How do you, as a parents or customer in the shop feel?
