Review:

Having been a Darlie user for many years, I was pleasantly surprised to see the launch of their “Expert Solution” range of product - the Darlie Expert White toothpaste. I had tried other brands and Darlie’s earlier range of whitening toothpaste and in comparison, this new Darlie Expert White is definitely a boon for people like me who want a set of brighter, whiter teeth, in a fuss free manner and most importantly, at a very affordable cost. Without having to do anything special or extra, just by brushing my teeth as per normal using Darlie Expert White daily, it was really convenient and results started to show after about a week of continued usage.

I used the Expert White toothpaste together with Darlie’s new Charcoal Spiral Toothbrush, and the overall sentiment is that these 2 complemented each other very well.

First, let’s start by talking about the appearance of the toothbrush. The fact that it is in a shade of dark grey with cool blue highlights on the handgrip accentuates the outlook of a simple toothbrush. This combination won me over because truthfully, these 2 happen to be my favourite colours and it is such small little details that make you happier when brushing in the morning to kick start your day.

Next, as I brush my thumb along the top bristles, it feel soft to the touch; however when I exert stress on the bristles it actually is very sturdy and firm at the base. While brushing, I can sense that the slim tips are able to go in between the gap of each tooth and clear off any residual food and plaque! As the brush is soft and sturdy, I need not worry about hurting my gums; in fact the overall feeling is very comfortable.

In addition, the bristles contain binchotan charcoal, and the key functions of this element are that it emits negative ions, deodorizes, removes plaque, and prevents bad breath and harmful bacteria from growing on the tooth brush. If you look closely at the base of the bristles upwards, you will actually be able to see the twist!

Next comes the toothpaste, in a bright happy blue tone, unlike the typical white toothpaste we are accustomed to. Also, I noticed the toothpaste has a firmer texture like a thick gel-like consistency, and for someone who is a cleanliness freak, I find that very neat and clean-cut without any messy toothpaste smudges!

As of this point in time, I have been using this awesome toothbrush and toothpaste for about 10 days, and I noticed that my teeth are not as yellowish as before, and the most notable difference is that it seem to clear up uneven blotches of discoloration on my teeth previously. Being a heavy coffee and tea drinker, I am surprised this Darlie Expert White toothpaste was able to help me lighten my teeth colour tone. Staying presentable is very important since I run about and have to meet clients often. I went to read up on the ingredients in this Expert White toothpaste, and all thanks a specially enhanced Prophylaxis Silica-micro particles (PS-mp), an ingredient similar to what dentist uses, that was what helped to make my teeth whiter by at least 2-3 times! And it was interesting to note that a research was carefully conducted on their whitening products, and it proven that 88% of respondent agreed on its professional whitening effect.

If you are one of those who love coffee or tea, and eating or drinking lots of coloured food (such as titbits, curry, wines etc.), this is a good choice for you! Among the many brands I had tried before, this has got to be the most promising, convenient and economical method. No cumbersome steps like soaking or harmful processes like bleaching that causes sensitivity, using Darlie Expert White toothpaste is safe and effective.
