Zoo trip!

Zoo trip for Cait again!

Last Friday, My First Skool, organised the trip for all the kids in the school to the Zoo! As usual, the exciting face and anxious look from the kids are so memorable.

It is a good weather to start with, breezing and less hot sun shining down.

All the kids are getting ready to board the bus, but was told that the 2nd bus driver have not come until 1hr later! This is all because he heard Yio Chu Kang instead of Choa Chu Kang!

No matter what, the kids have no choice but to stand there and wait. As for hubby, he is waiting for them to move off as well, because he will be driving there with Clar!

Meanwhile, Clar can rest in the car too.

This is also the first time wifey is around with the kids to the Zoo trip! All thanks that there are quite a few parents who make it to this trip, because everyone can help to look out for the kids and carry them as well.

Everyone is so tired after a long day out at Zoo. Kudos to the teachers that they have to endure till end of the day!

Can you imagine that Clar is the one walking, while Cait sat throughout. To think she wanted to hold her friend hand; she on stroller and her friend is not! How tiring Cait was, huh!

In the end, wifey have to carry Clar all the way till the end of the Zoo trip.

Initially, they wanted to have lunch at KFC, but till to over whelming crowds, they have to do a pack away. There are a total of 2 huge boxes and 4 carton of pack drinks.

Luckily hubby was around at Cait school, so he can help them by carrying the food to the school.

In order not to let Clar slept in the bus, wifey offer to get Clar to the school bus as well. This is to prevent Clar will take a power nap!

Jiak Tok

This entry is almost forgotten, hence posting it right now. Jiak Tok is one of the common practice for most Chinese, especially to deity or during hungry ghost month. What is the main purpose for it? Basically, raise fund. Currently, the temple The Ongies often go, is still new and undergoing some renovations, that's where the devotees will come and chip in. Back then, Cait was just few months old when she first attend to such occasion. Now, Clar turn. During the period of bidding and consuming of food, both princesses are quite cooperative and did not fuss a lot until later on. Partly due to heat and noise. But it is a good experience for them. Praying to Tai Sui

It's the period of praying to Tai Sui now during Chinese New Year. Almost all Chinese will head up to temple to get blessing from Tai Sui . For those zodiac sign that crash with the year of Tai Sui must pray for smooth year. Every year, there will be 4 zodiac signs that crash with Year of Tai Sui .
