Breakfast at Burger King

Last weekend, hubby and wifey decided to bring Cait and Clar out for a good breakfast in town; the place is at Burger King, Central.

Cait thought that the place is Macdonald, hence kept on calling out until hubby had to kept on reminding her it is Burger King instead. The nice BK staff is nice, they gave the two girls a BK hat each. Cait is very excited over the hat, while Clar kept on pulling and throwing the hat around the   area.

The two girls kept on calling and shouting so loudly in the store as if they are in the world of their own. Even though there's people looking, hubby simply cannot bother about it at all. It is not easy to control the kids; the easiest will be beating but it will turn out a bad day for them.

It is hard and not easy to see the two kids having so much fun, thus the punishment does not come into their mind. Luckily there's another kid making a lot of noise as well, so it is not just the Ongies at all. 

Cait love the hashbrown a lot, especially from Mac; today they introduce her the tiny round hashbrown from BK.

After the breakfast, Cait even asked for ice cream! Look how greedy she is! She did not finished the entire ice cream because it is very different from the M store.

Next they went to Taka for a good shopping trip! The girls are so excited and very happy about seeing beautiful things around them.

Jiak Tok

This entry is almost forgotten, hence posting it right now. Jiak Tok is one of the common practice for most Chinese, especially to deity or during hungry ghost month. What is the main purpose for it? Basically, raise fund. Currently, the temple The Ongies often go, is still new and undergoing some renovations, that's where the devotees will come and chip in. Back then, Cait was just few months old when she first attend to such occasion. Now, Clar turn. During the period of bidding and consuming of food, both princesses are quite cooperative and did not fuss a lot until later on. Partly due to heat and noise. But it is a good experience for them. Praying to Tai Sui

It's the period of praying to Tai Sui now during Chinese New Year. Almost all Chinese will head up to temple to get blessing from Tai Sui . For those zodiac sign that crash with the year of Tai Sui must pray for smooth year. Every year, there will be 4 zodiac signs that crash with Year of Tai Sui . Chong is worse than Fan.  It is better to pray to Tai Sui every year; at least you get bless. When praying to Tai Sui , you must not forget to return thanks back before end of year; which is before Christmas Day,  after Dong Zhi .
