That's where the DVD landed... Created by Cait
All thanks to Cait's workman ship. Instead of inserting the DVD to the entry, she put it between the gap of the HU, which the DVD ended as in the picture shown.



Sunday

They went to Bugis praying at the temple. The initial idea of going to OG for shopping had been terminated because the sales is over!

So, they decided to head up to Upp Cross St for dessert session and shopping while waiting for mom to knock off from work.

Dinner time

They had a wonderful dinner at Junction 10 - Porn's. As told by wifey, from the review as well, the tom yum soup is a must to try. Hubby, being  a tom yum soup lover, praise over the soup because it is not easy to find the exact type he wanted/ craving for.

The wait is long, but pretty worth it. And the two kids are quite obedient and cooperative.

Till they were about to finish the dinner, mom stood up and bring Cait and Clar out for a walk. Knowing her arm is still sore; injured due to carrying heavy weight, hubby and wifey kept telling her they are ok to carry Clar on lap while eating. But mom does not listen and go ahead instead.

Right after the dinner, they brought mom to foot reflexology for a good relaxation time, which she did enjoyed, but not as good as she thought.

Jiak Tok

This entry is almost forgotten, hence posting it right now. Jiak Tok is one of the common practice for most Chinese, especially to deity or during hungry ghost month. What is the main purpose for it? Basically, raise fund. Currently, the temple The Ongies often go, is still new and undergoing some renovations, that's where the devotees will come and chip in. Back then, Cait was just few months old when she first attend to such occasion. Now, Clar turn. During the period of bidding and consuming of food, both princesses are quite cooperative and did not fuss a lot until later on. Partly due to heat and noise. But it is a good experience for them. Praying to Tai Sui

It's the period of praying to Tai Sui now during Chinese New Year. Almost all Chinese will head up to temple to get blessing from Tai Sui . For those zodiac sign that crash with the year of Tai Sui must pray for smooth year. Every year, there will be 4 zodiac signs that crash with Year of Tai Sui . Chong is worse than Fan.  It is better to pray to Tai Sui every year; at least you get bless. When praying to Tai Sui , you must not forget to return thanks back before end of year; which is before Christmas Day,  after Dong Zhi .
