Time to go home

It is the third day stay in TMC today and they are excited to go home with Claryne.

The-Ongies would like to thanks for those who came down and also greeting via SMS and Facebook.

The rest day had finally come to an end, and wifey is going to start her confinement once she is home; though started in TMC.

Both hubby and wifey had to stay strong and be calm, partly due to handling of Cait as well.  She must be constantly reminded that she is now the elder sister of Claryne; thus sharing and caring is a must.

It is going to be tough, but yet, it contain some happiness as well.

Handling of two kids now is not going to be as simple as ABC. There are a lot of things to watch for, especially the elder one. She must feel assured once Claryne is home. A lot of attention from Cait is inevitable; thus allowing her to get involve like carrying of diapers and some other tiny stuff will be fantastic.

It is now back to basis for everyone.

Hubby mentioned that, till the moment when Claryne is out, he felt so touched and wanted to cry. This moment is not even shown when Cait is born, partly he is quite confused that time and not no idea how to show. Suddenly, he flashback everything and felt sad towards Cait because he did not had this feeling as like the first one.

But, hubby do feel the closure of Claryne when the moment she is out. But definitely, for sure, hubby will shower with love for both Caitlyne and Claryne equally.

Welcome home, Claryne.

I'm very touched reading this note esp about the daddy wanting to cry! What a blissful family of 4. There are so much sufferings around so we should just be grateful to be safe and sound together with our loved ones :)

Jiak Tok

This entry is almost forgotten, hence posting it right now. Jiak Tok is one of the common practice for most Chinese, especially to deity or during hungry ghost month. What is the main purpose for it? Basically, raise fund. Currently, the temple The Ongies often go, is still new and undergoing some renovations, that's where the devotees will come and chip in. Back then, Cait was just few months old when she first attend to such occasion. Now, Clar turn. During the period of bidding and consuming of food, both princesses are quite cooperative and did not fuss a lot until later on. Partly due to heat and noise. But it is a good experience for them. Praying to Tai Sui

It's the period of praying to Tai Sui now during Chinese New Year. Almost all Chinese will head up to temple to get blessing from Tai Sui . For those zodiac sign that crash with the year of Tai Sui must pray for smooth year. Every year, there will be 4 zodiac signs that crash with Year of Tai Sui . Chong is worse than Fan.  It is better to pray to Tai Sui every year; at least you get bless. When praying to Tai Sui , you must not forget to return thanks back before end of year; which is before Christmas Day,  after Dong Zhi . Cait and Clar will get bless as well, same goes to rest of the family. The usual place they often went is at Paya Lebar, Gu Cai Ba Temple (Sheng Hong Gong).
