So the blah blah.. ah... continues

Feeling bored? Maybe you should try talking to Cait because she love to reply back on and on until almost everyone got very irritated. 

Watch out if you tried say her, she will talk back non-stop and made you feel that you are losing! No joking, but quite true.

This morning, Cait attempted to get off the bed on her own! She just woke up from her sleep while wifey was accompanying her since mom was in the toilet. Then, she know that she have to get her legs off the bed first, and slowly slide down on the floor with her feet standing! Wifey asked Cait to do it again since hubby was washing her milk bottles. 

This time, hubby saw it and totally went speechless and laughed.

As mom's bed is relatively low and  it is easy to come down, wifey put Cait on their bed and see if she dare! It was funny to see the whole scenario because she had her leg off from the bed, slowly sliding down with her hand grabbing the bed sheet, but she sensed something wrong as why is the distance seem longer than before! One reason is because she is unable to see it! She was looking straight on the bed, so she is unable to view the distance from the bed to the floor.

She was about few 20-30cm away from the floor and knowing that she have not get to the floor, she quickly kick to grab herself back to the bed! As 3/4 of her body is already out of the bed surface, she had difficulties climbing up! Judging by her grabbing of bed sheet, she was scared and determined to move up. Wifey quickly helped to push her down slowly on the ground, then only , you see her relieved and happy face! 

Mom told them that she been training Cait how to get off from the bed since yesterday. Hubby and wifey are very proud of her.



Dad also tried to play with Cait by imitating the phone call saying hello hello. Surprisingly, Cait crawled to a corner, picked up the pink toy phone and put on her ear as if she also wanted to call out! Dad immediately went speechless because of her reaction! 

Look like she is following what the adults are doing and beware if she learn anything silly from them!

Jiak Tok

This entry is almost forgotten, hence posting it right now. Jiak Tok is one of the common practice for most Chinese, especially to deity or during hungry ghost month. What is the main purpose for it? Basically, raise fund. Currently, the temple The Ongies often go, is still new and undergoing some renovations, that's where the devotees will come and chip in. Back then, Cait was just few months old when she first attend to such occasion. Now, Clar turn. During the period of bidding and consuming of food, both princesses are quite cooperative and did not fuss a lot until later on. Partly due to heat and noise. But it is a good experience for them. Praying to Tai Sui

It's the period of praying to Tai Sui now during Chinese New Year. Almost all Chinese will head up to temple to get blessing from Tai Sui . For those zodiac sign that crash with the year of Tai Sui must pray for smooth year. Every year, there will be 4 zodiac signs that crash with Year of Tai Sui . Chong is worse than Fan.  It is better to pray to Tai Sui every year; at least you get bless. When praying to Tai Sui , you must not forget to return thanks back before end of year; which is before Christmas Day,  after Dong Zhi .
