Cait and her adventure moment

Putting Cait on the old looking kiddy ride is amusing to watch. She was giggling non stop towards the car. Hubby and mom did not insert the coin in as Cait cannot sit still, they fear that she might jump out.

Knowing that Cait love exciting 'ride', wifey hold her tightly in her arm while playing standing-spring-animal (the type that is mount on the ground with a standalone spring connected to the animal whereby it allow people to sit on it to play/swing everywhere.)

Cait was laughing and giggling non stop because of this new exciting game. As wifey was playing so happily with Cait, both of them fell backwards which result them being shocked! But luckily they did not fall on the ground.

Jiak Tok

This entry is almost forgotten, hence posting it right now. Jiak Tok is one of the common practice for most Chinese, especially to deity or during hungry ghost month. What is the main purpose for it? Basically, raise fund. Currently, the temple The Ongies often go, is still new and undergoing some renovations, that's where the devotees will come and chip in. Back then, Cait was just few months old when she first attend to such occasion. Now, Clar turn. During the period of bidding and consuming of food, both princesses are quite cooperative and did not fuss a lot until later on. Partly due to heat and noise. But it is a good experience for them. Praying to Tai Sui

It's the period of praying to Tai Sui now during Chinese New Year. Almost all Chinese will head up to temple to get blessing from Tai Sui . For those zodiac sign that crash with the year of Tai Sui must pray for smooth year. Every year, there will be 4 zodiac signs that crash with Year of Tai Sui . Chong is worse than Fan.  It is better to pray to Tai Sui every year; at least you get bless. When praying to Tai Sui , you must not forget to return thanks back before end of year; which is before Christmas Day,  after Dong Zhi . Cait and Clar will get bless as well, same goes to rest of the family. The usual place they often went is at Paya Lebar, Gu Cai Ba Temple (Sheng Hong Gong).
