Cait is 4 month old today!

Mom woke her up early to get the things prepare so that hubby and wifey need not to take leave.
Simple dishes been prepared for Cait to taste and it stands some meaning for Cait.

Photos will be update tonight.

Cait seem extremely happy like as if she know something is going on!

From today onwards, Cait can start tasting soft food! This is interesting for her to try out different food. Next week, she will be starting on the cereal which wifey bought for her.

Pity that dad is not home to see the moment.

Jiak Tok

This entry is almost forgotten, hence posting it right now. Jiak Tok is one of the common practice for most Chinese, especially to deity or during hungry ghost month. What is the main purpose for it? Basically, raise fund. Currently, the temple The Ongies often go, is still new and undergoing some renovations, that's where the devotees will come and chip in. Back then, Cait was just few months old when she first attend to such occasion. Now, Clar turn. During the period of bidding and consuming of food, both princesses are quite cooperative and did not fuss a lot until later on. Partly due to heat and noise. But it is a good experience for them. Praying to Tai Sui

It's the period of praying to Tai Sui now during Chinese New Year. Almost all Chinese will head up to temple to get blessing from Tai Sui . For those zodiac sign that crash with the year of Tai Sui must pray for smooth year. Every year, there will be 4 zodiac signs that crash with Year of Tai Sui . Chong is worse than Fan.  It is better to pray to Tai Sui every year; at least you get bless.
