8th mth pregnant wifey

8 months pregnancy. Tummy is getting bigger and wifey is on her way to work. :)

Tummy is getting bigger and heavy, wifey tend to walk abit slower then before and lots of attention is needed by hubby. Wifey want to get Clarins body treatment oil for stretch marks as there's slight marks seen. That's one of the most nightmare for all mummies.

Mummies from Singaporemotherhood will be meeting up this Friday at VivoCity for chitchat session and wifey is still deciding to go or not. It will be great to know more mummies around for her. Of course, baby fair is on Friday and Saturday over at Singapore Expo; Mrs Wong suggest mummies not to go. Perhaps due to crowds tho. Everyone has no idea if it will be any cheaper.

Parent Craft Lesson #4 will be affected as Mrs Wong has a talk which happen around 5pm and to her it is a very weirdo timing. As parent craft lesson is held at AMK Hub, they are hoping to secure the area as TCM paid for rental. There might be lesson for kids at that period of time, so if the area is not usable, the only place will be at TCM itself. She told the class that the area is twice as big as the area everyone is in. The lesson might start pretty earlier around 2pm and usually it will take about 2.5hrs for a single session. So there might be combination of classes. Parental Craft personnel will be sending out mass SMSes to mummies tomorrow for confirmation as told by Mrs Wong.

Jiak Tok

This entry is almost forgotten, hence posting it right now. Jiak Tok is one of the common practice for most Chinese, especially to deity or during hungry ghost month. What is the main purpose for it? Basically, raise fund. Currently, the temple The Ongies often go, is still new and undergoing some renovations, that's where the devotees will come and chip in. Back then, Cait was just few months old when she first attend to such occasion. Now, Clar turn. During the period of bidding and consuming of food, both princesses are quite cooperative and did not fuss a lot until later on. Partly due to heat and noise. But it is a good experience for them. Praying to Tai Sui

It's the period of praying to Tai Sui now during Chinese New Year. Almost all Chinese will head up to temple to get blessing from Tai Sui . For those zodiac sign that crash with the year of Tai Sui must pray for smooth year. Every year, there will be 4 zodiac signs that crash with Year of Tai Sui . Chong is worse than Fan.  It is better to pray to Tai Sui every year; at least you get bless.
