Even more stuff to buy this time round!
Though most of the stuff were given by others, there's still stuff that hubby and wifey had to get and much beforehand. Wifey is now on 6th month pregnancy and in 1-2 month times, wifey will be more tiring to walk around getting all the things before she give birth. So with mom, hubby and wifey, they head to bugis OG for shopping and ended up buying lots of caitlyne little items.
They were glad that they approached one of the saleslady regarding the Avent sterilizer. Initially of getting a set of 5 bottles (2x 4oz and 3 x 9oz) costing $46, and they ended up saving that! They wanted to get the brand TollyJoy sterilizer as it is much cheaper around $60, been told by cousin's wife, and it can match with different milk bottles brand as well. The nice saleslady told hubby and wifey that Avent also able to mix with other brand of milk bottles and there's no fix point for the milk bottle to hang on. Though it is costly from this Avent, but it worth the $170 because it is made from England. Compared to others, though the brand were from other country like Japan or Malaysia, they still made in China.
There are so many small items to look at it. The nice stroller from McLaren got to cost $568. Hubby kept saying:"Dear darling Caitlyne, if you want to sit in good stroller, let daddy strike Toto and 4D, ok?" LOL
Hubby and wifey wanted to use diapers until they saw their cousin using the traditional cloth nappy! It will help to save around $50+ per month on diapers! The usage for diapers are for outdoor and night time. Now there are so many little items to get, like powder, shampoo, diapers etc... it going to grow out of space! The cupboard for Caitlyne had to come into the picture. If not, there's no storage at all. Oh yeah, this also include baby car seat. Maybe those god mothers from wifey side can help out too? Whoever reading the blog now may want to contribute. Thanks.
In all, hubby spent $367 today at OG and all thanks to the 20% discount for most of the items. BTW, tomorrow (1st Jan) is the last day of the sale at OG.

The powder puff for baby.
This is the reason why hubby and wifey bought it for. The hole is actually meant to load the powder in it so there's no need for them to have the powder on the small container.
A close up look of the small milk bottle stated "I love Daddy and Mummy" Wifey saw that and quickly told mom about it and so they decided to get it. Cute huh? It's only 2oz.
The front two is pacifier and nail clipper which include the magnifying glass. Good for mom if she wanted to help baby girl to cut the nail.
The interesting mitten and shoe set is one reason why wifey want to get it. Don't you find the shoe cute?
