We are The Ongies

The first picnic of 2015 that The Ongies had attended is proudly organised by Families for life and President's Office . On the 3rd of Jan 2015 (Saturday), Istana had opened up for member of public to head up in for fun activities. The Ongies managed to get their package free via online registeration. The day started with gloomy weather and entering to Istana is at 3pm. Long queues are expected as they have to do routine check and scanning of individual visitors. It took merely 45min to reach to the scanning point, followed by a long trail of walk to the top. Despite the long distance walk, it is a gradual slope upwards which may take up to 10min, depending on individual stamina. Loud music can be heard from far, and there are 2 colored balloons leading the people to event area. Upon reaching the top, there is a nice big green patch of grass in front of them.  There are small bouncing castle for the kids to play, kicking of balls to the goal post, Milo truck, ic...

Parents and kids, have you ever attended or having birthday celebration in Mac ? It seem fun because there are so many things to eat and play. If hubby can remember correctly, there seem to have an indoor playground before. The kids these days are so fortunate. They get to gain the experience of birthday celebration in Mac. There will be game activities, followed by cake cutting, fries, nuggets and drinks! So.... Off to the birthday celebration at Macdonald , Limbang SC! And the birthday boy/ girl goes to.... EVERYONE ! Coincidentally, the neighbor invited them to join them for a great and loud Lou Hei last night too! Once again, they are back to Zoo trip again. It is wonderful to go out with friends, especially when the kids have their own companion at the same age. It was only 0930hrs when they arrived at Zoo and their friend had told the rest that the boat ride (River Safari) for them is at 1500hrs. (despite being early, you can see the overwhelming response for this ride! When they went from Zoo to River Safari at 12 noon, all tickets were sold out!) It is school holiday, thus the crowds explained. Many parents make full use of this holiday to bring the kids out to see animals, enjoy the sunlight, and also the wonderful waterplay in Zoo. Water play in Zoo is one of the most attracted area most of the kids, they will have a lot of fun in the water, splashing each others and coming down on slides.
