We are The Ongies

There's some virus attacking on the family recently. Wifey and Cait were the first to get infected due to indigestion and wind in stomach, as well as vomiting. Both of them were very pale when hubby sent them to clinic.  Unfortunately, there are too many people (around 10 over people!), so they decided to go to another clinic which have lesser crowds. Cait had pill injected into her buttock, while wifey had an injection.  Just when both of them are recovering, something had happened to dad. Hubby's dad is resting at home for 2 weeks due to cataract operation on both of his eyes. He is to banned from doing housework and carry heavy things. 2 days ago, while he was sitting down, looking at his mobile, he felt something unusual. He kept calling for someone, but no one know what is going on. Mom was asleep with Cait, while wifey was working in the room even though she is on MC as well.  She heard dad calling but thought it was Cait.  Just when mom came ou

The kids definitely love Vivo City a lot after their first trip . Reason is simple - they can walk and run on the water as it is shallow. They had visited Vivo City 3 times in just 2 weeks . Cait and Clar were extremely happy when they reached the area, it is good to discharge their energy sot that they will fall asleep easily at night. For the adults, good to hang around and spend some times walking, rather than staying put at home. As Cait do not know how to explain, she kept saying that she want to wash her feet - Walking on the water With the 3 trips to Vivo City, they always saw dark clouds... It is late noon when they plan to go to Vivo, as not to waste the beautiful day, they decided to bring the kids dinner out to eat, while the adults will enjoy the food from the food court - the food there is not exactly cheap, so be prepared

Clar had been sick since Friday, having high fever and loss of appetite. The initial thought was: Hand Food Mouth Disease. They also worried that Cait had gotten it too, because she had an ulcer near her throat. She gurgle with salt water  at night; next day she is feeling a lot better despite the small amount of pain. Hubby felt that both girl might have heaty body; ate a lot of junk heaty food recently. On Sunday night, they decided to bring Clar to KKH because they found some red dots in her mouth. But there are too many people in the hospital, approximately waiting time is estimated 2hr, and that is just the first part. Without hesitation, they head for Mount A instead. There are fewer people as compared to KKH. Speed was a lot faster. Doctor examined Clar and confirmed that she gotten it as viral fever, and not HFMD. So he suggested for blood and urine test. This is not a good week for all since last weekend. Saturday Wifey was down with flu, fever and cold; thus hubby had to alone battle against the kids. He lost terribly and became a bad mood monster because he simply find it so hard to press down Cait to sleep. In the end, she won by disturbing Clar nap and, for the straight 5 hrs hubby went on without a rest until night falls. Sunday It was evening time and hubby brought Cait out for a walk at Lot One. Instead of driving up, he decided to go via public with her - LRT. Cait had been a good girl to and fro Lot One and home. She did not make any nuisance noise in the LRT, but kept asking him some weird question/ or rather interrogating . Why never hold the bar with 2 hand?   Dad dad sit down. Go where? This is MRT. Other than that, she had been good. To make the trip worth, hubby brought her from top floor to basement area - he just want to want and enjoy. Unfortunately, the domestic helper who is helping The Ongies, decided to go back her hometown even though she still have 1 year contract left. It was an accident that cannot be forgiven. To think that the helper can pour the Dynamo lotion into the Johnson & Johnson baby soap bottle without informing the rest of the family members. Wifey was helping Cait to bathe and uses that to wash her face until she found out that the smell and feeling is different. She called for hubby to check what is going on; hence the helper had been question in the calm and light feeling. Apparently, judging from her eyes, hubby can see she is feeling unhappy. He mentioned that she is the only person who know what is contained in it, and not the others. Shouldn't she use something to draw or inform? She did not, and said that no one will use that as she put it further away from the rest of the shampoo and body lotion bottles. Hubby did not flare up when explaining to her until wifey started

One after another, it seem like a see-saw. When Cait is fine, Clar will be down; today, it is vice versa. Clar looked listless yesterday and vomited 2 times since morning. When she vomited for the third time, they decided to bring her to see the doctor; they are glad that she recovered today. But she seem a little fussy, perhaps due to her teething that irritate her. As for Cait, she seem pretty good yesterday and accompany Clar to see the doctor together. She was a little way too playful in the clinic until her grandma came to pick her up while  But today, hubby received a call from the school because Cait had vomited and having diarrhea for a few times. Hence, isolated from other kids. It was 6pm plus when they dropped by the school to pick her up, she appeared to be very happy until she sat down on the car seat. After a while, Cait feel like sleeping as she look in a daze.  It could be the diarrhea that caused her to feel weak and very tired even though she had nap fo

Cait had her ice cream and was so overwhelming that she kept on asking for the 2nd one. However, no matter how she cried, making a lot of noise etc... no one give in to her at all. As a result, there she goes pleading to hubby... She wanted something so much that she kept on begging non stop. No ice cream for the 2nd time! She can whine non stop Please daddy, please Pitiful cry And suddenly.... She took over the big monster and took a pic of herself She finally kept quiet... but for a while... and the noise carry on until she is famished.

It's time for a hair cut session for her. Just the fringe will do. Being brave of her, she did it! A cute pose of her After her jiejie, Cait, big boss look, comes this mei mei. Ok, she prefer to be cutesy and being shy instead. Sitting down and tapping her feet on bench. Does she like the music and movement? For those who do not know, Clar know how to flip now, but it took a while for her. This surprised them when she is doing on her own recently. Time to cordon the area when she is lying on sofa now. Cait is always anxious about her school because she can take bus everyday! If only she can wake up earlier and head to go school before hubby goes to work in the morning. That day will come soon because it benefits to everyone. The only headache will be - picking up Cait from school. This had been debated for sometimes; especially the school location. Cait is down again with the temperature hitting 38degree last night. Was it due to her teething that caused the fever? It could be; molar can be seem when wifey checked. But not only fever did not subside, she also feel like vomiting which result the pain in her throat. This is partly due to infection and forcing it to vomit that hurt it badly. It is as if there's a lump when swallowing her saliva. She felt scared. Kept wanting to be hugged and needed lots of concern from everyone. To think, she can even reject sweet, as hubby told her not to eat it anymore. But mom said it the other way! But Cait understand well and did not tempt herself towards the sweet. It is 2am, and hubby is in deep sleep without knowing what is going on until 4am. At that time, both wifey and mom got up and attend to Cait since then. She was awake, and wanted to watch TV and play. Look into her eyes, you know she is feeling scare. Mom and wifey urged hubby to go sleep as he need to work later on.

Obedient  Cait had been very obedient recently especially when consuming her medicine! In the past, making her to take the medicine is a torture for everyone. And now, she like it a lot. Reason being is not addicted, but more for the sake of taking the sweet. When it is in her mouth, she will not bear to spit it out when the medicine is injected in, instead, she swallow the medicine followed by the sweet slowly! When wifey mentioned " shoot shoot ", she will get herself ready and wait for her favourite sweet. The greeting Till to date, Cait still greet wifey as dad dad, as hubby; as pa pa. It is strange that she does not want to call mama. Even guiding her to greet, ah gong, ah mah, papa, auntie .. she does not want to greet wifey as mummy. When she is in school and saw wifey standing outside coming to fetch her, Cait will inform the teacher immediately. Apparently, the teacher heard her say mummy . At last, this post is finally up. Hubby was so sick that he cannot do anything with it at all. Therefore, no updates or posting of blog recently. He also just started his new job and is extremely busy. A new chapter of working life for him. While he is at site, he misses his two princess so much but he is unable to go home for lunch just like before as the traveling is quite far away. Not to forget that he did not drive to site at all. Cait sitting at the corner playing the alphabet alone. What does this Clar want?
