Wind back to 6 years ago, 19th Jan, it was the day hubby and wifey tied the knot together as one. It had been a long, sweet, tiring and happy years. But not to forget the 2 little monsters they have now. Life is almost contented, hubby just need to focus and concentrate more on his career. This is going to be the most memorable anniversary they ever had in the whole life. It is so special that the feeling is hard to describe it. If there's an explanatory, hubby would say it is the up and down emotion. There's no plan for that day except the lunch, and hoping to go for shopping after that. There's no movie to catch at all and they find it hard to go out together cluelessly. Until then, a call from the phone that changes everything. Only hubby and wifey, along with Cait, will take their leave after the reunion lunch to hospital. Pancake! Yummy! She did that herself. Cait requested for pancake, so wifey decided to bring the girls to do it together. With friends help, they decided to go to Nook , the DIY pancake shop at Bukit Timah, a nice cosy dining environment. The Ongies, along with hubby's mom and his sister with her son, Kyan, head up together and enjoy the making of pancake! Not worry about Cait, but Clar. 2 weeks back at Marina Barrage, Ufamily by NTUC had organised a wonderful event: Upicnic. There are a lot of families and friends who registered themselves to this event. Apparently, this is the first time The Ongies decided to join the fun. As usual, the kids are excited, especially Cait. Registration started at 4.30pm, and free car park lots had been filled up. The only parking area will be Area 2B. There will be a sign shown along the road; quite a long journey tho. For those who remembered, this car park was right next to a long stretch of low building. If hubby can remember, it seem like a restaurant. Cranky Cait wanted to be hug There's another queue after you have registered yourself, which is the free goodies collection point. When the crew saw a family, they will suggest either the father or mother to go out of the queue and wait. But the Ongies decided not to, just in case either one wanted each other. Go Diaper-less It had been almost a month since Cait had went diaper-less and she did perform very well! There are a total of 3 incident that she had because of lost concentration while having fun, and too urgent to control. Other than that, she does know how to control herself very well. It is incredible due to her young age. There's no much worry as her mindset is quite mature. This is the best time that The Ongies can save some money on diapers. Cait will inform, or being constantly reminded whether she want to pass urine. It can be very tiring for her grandma and wifey, but at least she is trying her best. When she had been scolded for urinating on the floor, hubby can see that she lost confident on herself and kept on asking for diaper. Mom (Grandma) is a straight forward person, thus speaking direct did hurt Cait. Therefore, wifey tried her best to boast Cait confident towards diaper-less. The feeling for Cait towards to school had changed. She told wifey that she does not want to attend school almost everyday. When being asked the reason why, she did not replied until wifey asked which teacher she does not like at all. According to Cait, she said that she did not like one of the teacher in the school because the teacher was either too strict or beat her before. As a parent, they need to investigate what is going on first, why and how the teacher beat; or was it just play. At times, when the teachers was playing with the kids, they will thought that they had been reprimanded or being punished. This had happened once with her favourite teacher before. Another thing, Cait had not been eating well in school. Even how hard her favourite teacher wanted to feed Cait, she will not give in at all. This is one of the concern that both hubby and wifey were worrying of. They also found out from Cait that she does not like to have other ingredient on her rice! Which she pref...

It was a nice Saturday weekend after the Presidential voting. The Ongies decided to head up to NEX, Serangoon for their brunch. Parents did not go there at all, hence the thought of bringing them as well. There's a long queue outside the NEX carpark, so hubby decided to park it at the HDB area. But, since it is a holiday weekend, you are advised not to park at the white/ red lot. So he decided to park at NEX. Alas, all cars entered the shopping mall faster than he thought! Within 10min, he got the lot. They were having hard time where to eat initially. In the end, they decided to have it at Grandma's restaurant. Which had been recommended by lots of people too.
